Course Description

Are you one of the 93% of mental healthcare workers who have experienced burnout (according to the National Council for Mental Wellbeing 2023 Behavioral Health Workforce Survey)? And don't you also need your ethics CEUs?

Here you'll cover both subjects, in a fun and genuinely impactful way. This unique, full-participation class is designed to leave you feeling both relaxed and energized.

What You'll Explore

We'll delve into areas of ethical consideration for the clinical professional, with a focus on the epidemic of burnout. Through honest self-reflection and mindful, creative exercises, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your own relationship to burnout and identify practical strategies for resilience. You will then be able to deliver your hands-on learning experience to those you serve.

Come as You Are

No artistic experience is necessary! Simply bring:

  • Your willingness to explore
  • Notebook (or loose paper)

  • Some coloring tools (crayons, markers, etc.)
